As a lawyer and partner in Spiering, Swartz & Kennedy, I have represented people and families injured by the negligence of others. I fight for my clients to recover the full financial compensation they deserve under the law. We employ experienced investigators to investigate each case in order to hold the responsible party accountable. The result has been over 20 million dollars awarded or settled in claims for our clients in just the last 10 years alone.

Each case gets my full attention regardless of the situation. I treat each and every one of my clients with dignity and respect. My commitment in bringing real recovery when innocent people have been injured in accidents comes from a belief in doing the right thing without fear of going the distance to achieve a fair and just result. Our success can be measured in the millions of dollars in settlements and awards for our clients, but, more importantly, their healthy return to a normal and familiar life is what ultimately proves most worthwhile.

As a distinguished member of the Monterey County Bar Association and past-President of the Monterey Chapter of the California Trial Lawyers Association, I am licensed to appear before all California state and federal courts in addition to being certified to appear before the United States Supreme Court. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and my law degree from the University of San Francisco.

I have resided my entire life in California. Spare time is spent with my family, traveling, and playing tennis. I intend to continue my practice in this beautiful part of California for many years to come.
